The Wauwatosa School District utilities a program called PaperCut to manage our copiers throughout the district. With PaperCut we use their Secure Print Release feature called Find-Me printing. If interested a brief overview of it can be found here. When attempting to print to the copiers look for the printer "WSD_Secure_Print"
On a Windows machine the copier is set to auto install, it though can take up to 24 hour before it shows up on your machine and might require a reboot before you will see it. The copier will also only install if you are in district. If you do not wish to wait that long the follow steps will also install the copier for you.
